Details:

A Standard design package consists of a floor plan—sufficient to acquire a permit—and (1) 3-D rendered view. The floor plan includes a rough layout of recessed and surface mounted lighting and fans as well as locations of unfinished spaces. It will also include a detailed estimate of the costs and a description of the items provided if the owner elects to have Construction and Design Solutions perform the work. If Construction and Design Solutions is selected to perform the work, we will refine the design if requested by the owner prior to submitting for permitting.

 

Typical Standard design package costs are as follows:

Basement $500-$900  (upper end of the range includes kitchens or bars)

Kitchen $500-750 (depending on size of kitchen and extent of design)

Bathroom $350-$700 (depending on size of bathroom)
